These rules summarize how the Daily Feature works. Full legal terms are governed by our Terms & Conditions.

1. One Spot Per Day
   There is one homepage feature per day. No rotations. No bundles. No shared placement. The highest qualifying bid at auction close wins the placement.
2. Auctions Start at $1
   Bidding resets daily at $1. The highest valid bid at close secures the placement.
3. Payment Is Due Within 24 Hours of Auction Close
   Winning bids are binding. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of auction close. If payment is not received within that window, the placement will be forfeited and may be offered to the next highest bidder.
4. Assets Are Due Within 48 Hours of Auction Close
   After payment confirmation, you must submit one image or embeddable link (video, social post, audio player), one headline (maximum 90 characters), and one destination link.

   Failure to submit complete and compliant materials on time will likely result in forfeiture. Any rescheduling is solely at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
5. The Feature Runs for 24 Hours
   Features go live 72 hours after auction closes – at 12:00am EST and run until 11:59pm EST on the scheduled day.
6. Placement, Not Endorsement
   theshit.co provides placement only. We do not rank, review, verify, or endorse featured content.
7. Content Must Be Legitimate
   You must have the legal right to use all submitted materials. Content must be lawful, safe for general audiences, non-deceptive, and non-defamatory.
   
   We reserve the right to decline or remove content at our sole discretion.
8. Frequency Limits
   A sponsor may appear no more than once every 14 days.
9. Transparency
   Sponsored features are clearly labeled.
10. Archive
    All Daily Features are archived as part of the public record of the site.
